Thank you for the music

I love listening to loud music. Especially on Mondays when it’s raining and I’m too tired from the weekend. On those days I like to put on a little extra makeup, rock some cleavage or a tight skirt, and crank up the volume in the car on my way to work. It works like a charm. Thankfully my kids have adopted my awesome taste in music (I keep the volume to a child-friendly level when they’re in the car, of course), and dance and sing along as best they can in their car seats. My three year old frequently asks me to play “your song, mommy!”, which means this little tune.
Lately we’ve started listening to Weird Al in the car. What a genius, that man. If you haven’t heard this song before (and even if you have) you need to do it. You need to do it now. No, seriously. Just hit play already.

Of course your kids have good taste in music! Just make sure to play enough around them, and they kind of have to;)I like “Weird Al” too. He is, in lack of a better word: Very weird
My favorite has always been You don’t love me anymore. I heard that on the radio as a kid and searched high and low for it… I think I might do that at a party sometime;)

its amazing that a song that has no massive guitar solos is still so insanely long…

Hi Charlotte; I LOVE that song! I played it in the car just yesterday
And I agree; you HAVE to do it at a party in the near future – just make sure I’m there!

Hei Silje; I know! Han har ligget nederst i skuffen (eller innerst på PCen, da) lenge, men nå MÅTTE han bare frem i lyset

Hi Neri; I know! And the fact that he can sing for almost eleven minutes about absolutely NOTHING is beyond fantastic!

Hi Hicham; it really is! I’ll never understand how that man’s mind works.
